About Joshua Myers

Joshua P. Myers is a founding partner of Schultz & Myers Personal Injury Lawyers and focuses exclusively on personal injury law, with particular emphasis on tractor-trailer and semi-truck accident cases and insurance bad faith litigation. A Missouri native, he earned a degree in Political Science with a minor in Spanish from Missouri State University and then attended Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, where he was named the Myron Gollub Scholar and inducted into Who's Who Among American Law Students. During his final year, he was accepted onto the nationally recognized mock trial team and earned membership in The Order of the Barristers. Throughout his career he has helped obtain tens of millions of dollars in settlements and judgments for injury victims.

He has been recognized annually as a Super Lawyer since 2014 (and as a Rising Star from 2010 to 2013), was named one of the Best Lawyers in America by U.S. News and World Report in Insurance Litigation in 2018, and has been inducted into the National Trial Lawyers Association (Top 100). The Missouri Bar Association has called on him to train other attorneys on the investigation and litigation of commercial motor vehicle cases. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and carries an Avvo rating of 10.0. He is admitted to practice in Missouri, Illinois, and Arkansas, as well as multiple federal district courts and courts of appeals.
