Morry Cole

Morry Cole handles complex litigation as lead trial and appellate counsel in a wide variety of cases in state and federal courts throughout Missouri and the Midwest. His practice has secured hundreds of millions in verdicts and settlements in wrongful death, injury, and business cases. He has particular expertise in business disputes, wrongful death and serious injury cases, and aviation crashes, and frequently represents attorneys, law firms, and judges on matters of significant importance. Morry is an active instrument-rated single and multi-engine pilot with over 3,000 hours as pilot in command.

He received a degree in business administration from Baylor University, specializing in finance, and earned his J.D. in 1997 from the University of Missouri School of Law, where he served as a Law Review editor. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, served as President of the Missouri Bar, and has been an Adjunct Professor of Pre-Trial Litigation and Settlement at Washington University School of Law since 2008. He holds a Chambers and Partners Band 1 rating.
