About Stephen Woodley

Steve Woodley received a D.M.D. from Washington University in 1982 and a J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1986. Since joining Gray Ritter Graham he has served as lead trial counsel in several hundred medical negligence cases throughout Missouri, with a practice that also covers automobile and trucking accidents. He is a frequent lecturer at law, medical and dental schools and professional societies on medical and dental negligence, and has given continuing legal education presentations on voir dire and wrongful death damages. Steve has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America since 2003 and was named St. Louis Personal Injury Plaintiffs' Lawyer of the Year (2021) and St. Louis Medical Malpractice Lawyer of the Year (2018). He holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV Peer Review Rating.
