Patrick McPhail

Patrick R. McPhail began his career at Simon Law as a law clerk and has become a key member of the firm's litigation team. His primary areas of focus include defective products, medical malpractice, personal injury, business litigation, and class action. He has worked on cases involving some of the firm's largest results, including the $109 million verdict for Gleeson Asphalt and the widely covered Janae Edmondson matter, which resulted in a $450,000 settlement against the City of St. Louis for a teenager who lost both legs in a downtown crash. He earned his law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law. He holds bar admissions in Missouri and Illinois as well as multiple federal districts.
