Jeremiah Nixon

Jeremiah (Jer) W. Nixon is a trial lawyer and class-action attorney representing plaintiffs, consumers, businesses, and shareholders in high-stakes litigation. His practice focuses on class actions, complex business disputes, data privacy, antitrust, consumer protection, and corporate misconduct cases. In 2025, he represented plaintiffs in a case involving more than 400 shareholders that resulted in a $55.4 million verdict, one of Missouri's highest verdicts that year, involving allegations of fiduciary breaches and diversion of a valuable business opportunity by Anheuser-Busch descendants.
