About Johnny Simon

Johnny M. Simon is a nationally recognized trial attorney whose practice focuses on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability, medical malpractice, and institutional failures. He is licensed in Missouri, Illinois, Ohio, Massachusetts, and Florida, and is frequently asked to serve as lead counsel in courts across the country. His results include a $745 million wrongful-death verdict against a nitrous-oxide manufacturer and a $462 million product-liability verdict against Wabash Trailer Company in a trucking underride-guard case, along with individual wrongful-death settlements reaching $50 million. His verdicts have been named the Largest Verdict in Missouri for 2023 and 2024 by Missouri Lawyers Weekly.

He is a frequent speaker on trial strategy in medical negligence, trucking, auto crash, and civil rights cases. He graduated from Marquette University with a degree in business, finance, and economics in 2011, and earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2015, before joining his father's firm. He has been named a Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers Rising Star and has received Best Lawyers Ones to Watch recognition since 2021.
