About Eva Golabek

Eva E. Golabek graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. from Loyola University Chicago in 2004 and earned her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 2009. She joined Schwartz Jambois in 2011 and concentrates her practice on medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, personal injury, slip and falls, and automobile accidents. She is licensed in Illinois, Iowa, and Florida.

Between 2012 and 2015, Golabek negotiated more than $9 million in settlements in nursing home and hospital negligence cases. She provides pro bono legal services through Chicago Volunteer Legal Services and the Legal Aid Bureau, and during law school she competed as a member of the Moot Court Council and reached the semi-finals of the Herzog Moot Court Competition in 2008. She holds a Super Lawyers designation and a 10.0 AVVO rating.
