Micah Reeves

Micah T. Reeves earned a B.A. from Doane University in 2010 and a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2017, graduating in the top 25 percent of his class and earning five CALI Awards for top grades in Medical Malpractice Survey, Trial Advocacy I, Legal Analysis Research and Communication III, Mediation: Family Law, and Adoption Law. Before joining Schwartz Jambois in 2019, he served as the first Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Clare Elizabeth McWilliams, a Law Division Judge presiding over the Circuit Court of Cook County's Asbestos Litigation Docket. Reeves was admitted to the Illinois bar in 2017 and to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 2022. He handles Medicare lien appeals, healthcare compliance, healthcare credentialing, nursing home abuse and neglect, premises liability, defective products, truck accidents, automobile accidents, catastrophic injuries, construction accidents, motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. He received a Super Lawyers Rising Stars designation beginning in 2025.
