Michael Shinsky

Michael S. Shinsky earned his law degree with honors in 2001 and joined the firm in 2004 after serving as a prosecutor in the Cook County State's Attorney's Office from 2001 to 2004, where he handled child abuse and neglect cases. He is licensed to practice in Illinois, Iowa, and Florida. Shinsky represents clients in automobile accidents, premises liability, sexual assault cases, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and nursing home litigation. His case results include a $9.9 million automobile accident recovery, a $6 million medical malpractice birth injury settlement, a $2.7 million personal injury jury verdict for a back injury, and a $2 million traumatic brain injury settlement.
