Caitlin Stephan

Caitlin Stephan grew up in Madison, Wisconsin, and earned her B.A. from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a major in Sociology of Law, Criminology, and Deviance, followed by her J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law, where she competed on Loyola's nationally ranked Trial Team. During law school she interned at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office and clerked for the Honorable Judge Maura McMahon Zeller. Stephan joined Schwartz Jambois in 2025 as a law clerk and was hired as an associate attorney upon her admission to the Illinois State Bar. She focuses on medical malpractice, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, products liability, and personal injury claims.
