David Brody

David Brody earned his Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law in June 2015 and joined Schwartz Jambois as an associate attorney that same year. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, Iowa, and Florida. During law school he served as President of the Environmental Law Society and obtained a mediation certification from Chicago's Center for Conflict Resolution. Brody handles medical malpractice, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, products liability, personal injury, and wrongful death matters. His notable results include a $20 million judgment for the wrongful death of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle, a $9.9 million settlement for a client paralyzed in an automobile accident, a $5 million wrongful death settlement following a fatal motorcycle collision, and a $925,000 settlement from a semi-truck collision.
