Erin Doyle

Erin R. Doyle earned her undergraduate degree from Saint Louis University and her law degree from Southern Illinois University Law School, where she was a member of the Southern Illinois Law Journal. She joined Schwartz Jambois in 2012 and focuses her practice on personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, motor vehicle negligence, and premises liability. Doyle has been recognized as an Illinois Rising Star and an Emerging Lawyer based on peer recognition from other Illinois attorneys. Her results include an $8.5 million settlement for a stroke misdiagnosis that caused permanent injury, two separate $5 million wrongful death settlements, one involving a motor vehicle collision and the other a missed diagnosis, a $2.7 million FELA jury verdict, and a $2 million birth injury malpractice wrongful death settlement.
