Jeffrey Schwartz

Jeffrey C. Schwartz earned his undergraduate degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and his J.D. from John Marshall Law School in Chicago. He joined Schwartz Jambois in 2006 as a law clerk and has since advanced to associate attorney. Admitted to practice in Illinois, Iowa, and Florida, Schwartz handles medical malpractice, automobile negligence, premises liability, wrongful death, birth injury, and trucking collision matters throughout Illinois. He has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine, an honor extended to the top 2.5 percent of Illinois attorneys under 40, and received full Super Lawyer designation beginning in 2025. His notable results include an $8 million wrongful death settlement arising from an elevator repair incident at a Cook County hospital
