Olivia Schwartz

Olivia N. Schwartz graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with majors in History and Communication, then earned her J.D. cum laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law. During law school she interned at the Cook County Public Defender's Office and at the Illinois Appellate Court, First District, under Justice T. Lavin. She also competed on Chicago-Kent's nationally ranked Trial Team and received three CALI awards in Pretrial Litigation, Criminal Law, and Criminal Procedure. She began her career at Schwartz Jambois as a law clerk in 2015 and has since become an associate attorney admitted to practice in Illinois, Iowa, and Florida. She concentrates her practice on medical malpractice, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, products liability, and personal injury and has received recognition from Super Lawyers.
