About Kate Sayed

Kate is an associate in the firm's Class Actions and Complex Civil Litigation practices. She has experience in class actions related to consumer protection, cybersecurity and privacy, environmental and public health issues, and securities and digital assets. Kate has represented plaintiffs in multiple class actions concerning PFAS.

Her efforts center around serious allegations related to unfair and deceptive trade practices, product liability and the harmful impacts of environmental contamination. Kate earned her law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where she was elected to the Nebraska Law Review Board and served as an Executive Editor. Prior to joining SGT, she gained experience as a judicial clerk for Justice Jeffrey J. Funke of the Nebraska Supreme Court.
