Craig Miller

Craig D. Miller is the co-founder and partner of Simeone & Miller, LLP in Washington, D.C., focusing his practice on complex catastrophic injury cases including medical malpractice, class actions, nursing home abuse, auto accidents, premises liability, and product liability. He has litigated cases involving wrongful death, paralysis, traumatic brain injuries, misdiagnosed cancer, birth injuries, amputation, and vertebral fractures. Miller has recovered millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts in over 30 counties across Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Prior to co-founding the firm, he served as a Senior Associate at Cohen & Cohen, P.C., where he was named Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2000.
