Erin Steiger

Erin Steiger is an Associate Attorney at Simeone & Miller, LLP in Washington, D.C., where she handles personal injury matters including automobile accidents, medical malpractice, and premises liability claims. She also has experience with interpleader cases, minor settlement approvals, and personal injury settlement matters. Prior to joining the firm, Erin served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Superior Court for the District of Columbia for the Honorable Juliet J. McKenna and the Honorable Gerald Fisher, where she managed civil and criminal court calendars, conducted legal research, and drafted legal memoranda, proposed orders, voir dire questions, and jury instructions. She graduated in the top 15% of her class at American University Washington College of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the Administrative Law Review and Vice President of the Mock Trial Honor Society.
