Michael Robinett

Michael C. Robinett is a partner at Simeone & Miller, LLP in Washington, D.C., handling personal injury matters including car accidents, civil rights, and premises liability cases. He joined the firm in 2007. Before that, he worked with the ACLU's National Prison Project on a high-profile federal civil rights case. His jury verdicts have ranked among the highest obtained in the Superior Court for the District of Columbia, including the highest premises liability verdict in 2011 and 2014, and the fifth highest automobile negligence verdict in 2012, with multiple results exceeding insurance policy limits. At GW Law he was a quarter-finalist in the Mock Trial competition and participated in the Street Law program, teaching legal topics to D.C. students.
