Mark Ropchock

Mark A. Ropchock is an attorney at Slater & Zurz LLP, recognized as one of Ohio's leading practitioners in legal malpractice, nursing home abuse, civil litigation, and tort work. Though he primarily represents plaintiffs, he also handles general liability defense, and he has extensive trial, arbitration, and mediation experience, representing clients throughout Ohio and other states.

A native of Cleveland, Ropchock grew up in Brecksville, where he still lives with his family. He graduated from Brecksville High School, Ohio Northern University, and Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He has been licensed to practice law in Ohio since 1985.

After law school, Ropchock joined Roetzel & Andress before later moving to Slater & Zurz, where he has practiced for nearly a decade. Outside the practice, he is an avid gardener and home landscaper and enjoys cooking and sampling new wines.
