About David Leigh

David S. Leigh is a trial attorney with substantial experience representing individuals in personal injury matters, including medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability. Before joining Sullivan Papain in 2026, he operated his own personal injury practice and served as a prosecutor in both New Jersey and Colorado, developing strong courtroom experience. He earned his J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2006 and his LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2024, graduating with honors. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
