About John Tomsky

John M. Tomsky has been Counsel to the firm since 2002, having previously served as a Member from 1989 to 2002 and as an Associate from 1980 to 1989. He graduated from The George Washington University and the University of Miami School of Law. He is a frequent lecturer at the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, St. John's University, and the New York State Bar Association on topics including Surrogate's Court for Trial Lawyers, preparation of infant and wrongful death compromises, and lien identification and resolution.
