Aleksas Barauskas

Aleksas A. Barauskas is an attorney at Terrell Hogan Law and Head of the Business Litigation Department. Over 15 years of practice, including as a partner at a national AMLAW100 firm and a partner at an international AMLAW200 firm, he has represented business and individual clients in all phases of litigation in state and federal court in Florida, Georgia, and Texas. He focuses his practice on fraud, breach of contract, eviction, tortious interference, defamation, intellectual property, negligence, premises liability, and product liability.

He also represents financial institutions and commercial lenders in loan enforcement, receiverships, real and personal property foreclosures, asset sales under the Uniform Commercial Code, and judgment collection. He earned his B.A. in History and Legal Studies from Northwestern University and his J.D. cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America (2021-2026) and in Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star in Business Litigation (2019-2025).
