Hunter Bedard

Hunter W. Bedard represents business and individual clients in all phases of litigation in state and federal court. He focuses his practice on fraud, breach of contract, tortious interference, negligence, defamation, and employment matters, including drafting policy handbooks and defending businesses against discrimination claims. He earned his B.A. in Advertising with a minor in Innovation summa cum laude from the University of Florida, and his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he received a Dean's Leadership Award for his service as Executive Articles Editor of the Florida Entertainment and Sports Law Review and President of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society. He is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association.
