Crystal Del Toro

Crystal Del Toro has been with The Buzbee Law Firm since June 2014. She focuses on helping families recover after serious and fatal accidents and takes pride in fighting for justice against corporations that prioritize profits over people. Her practice covers commercial vehicle accidents, construction site accidents, oilfield and maritime injuries, wrongful death, premises liability, sexual abuse, defective pharmaceutical drugs and medical devices, home explosions, and complex commercial and contractual disputes.

During law school at the University of Houston Law Center, Crystal clerked for the Hidalgo County District Attorney's Office and for the Honorable Judge Rudy Delgado at the 93rd District Court for Hidalgo County, and served as a student attorney in the UHLC Immigration Clinic handling asylum applications. Born and raised in McAllen, Texas, Crystal graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas-Pan American with a B.A. in Psychology in 2010, then earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2013. She is an active member of the State Bar of Texas, American Association for Justice, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Houston Bar Association, and Mexican American Bar Association of Houston.
