Joe Chenchar

Joe Chenchar is a truck accident attorney at The Law Firm for Truck Safety LLP representing crash victims across Wyoming, Colorado, and Oregon. A fourth-generation Wyoming native, he previously served as a deputy county attorney and assistant city attorney for four years before entering plaintiff-side litigation. He is an active member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association, Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, and Attorneys Information Exchange Group. The Wyoming Tribune Eagle named him among the top three personal injury lawyers in the state in 2023. He earned his B.A. in International Studies through the Honors Program and his J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law.
