Josh Funderburke

Josh Funderburke is a truck accident attorney at The Law Firm for Truck Safety LLP based in the Nashville, Tennessee office. He earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Florida State University College of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, served on the executive board of the FSU Law Review, and competed on the FSU Trial Team. He was named Best Advocate at the Martin Luther King Jr. Civil Rights Trial Competition. Prior to joining the firm, Funderburke clerked for the Honorable Mary S. Scriven, U.S. District Judge for the Middle District of Florida, and also holds admission in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He earned his B.A. in Chemical Commerce cum laude from Mercer University.
