Joe Ervin

Joe Ervin is a truck accident attorney at The Law Firm for Truck Safety LLP with more than 30 years of litigation experience. He is board-certified as a specialist in truck accident law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and was among the first nine attorneys in the United States to earn that certification. Ervin holds a Class A Commercial Driver's License with tanker endorsements, giving him direct knowledge of commercial vehicle operation. He has represented clients in 65 of Oklahoma's 77 counties and obtained a record civil jury verdict in Pittsburg County.

His practice covers commercial motor vehicle crashes, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries including amputation, burns, spinal cord injuries, and traumatic brain injuries. He graduated from the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College in 2013. He earned his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Oklahoma.
