Peter Rigelhaupt

Peter D. Rigelhaupt is a senior trial and appellate attorney at The Perecman Firm, P.L.L.C. in midtown Manhattan, where he leads the firm's motion and appellate practice. With more than three decades as a New York litigator, he concentrates on personal injury, wrongful death, construction accidents, and civil rights cases, including representing victims of police brutality and wrongful arrests. He regularly appears before the First and Second Departments of the Appellate Division and has argued before the New York Court of Appeals, with more than 75 reported decisions in state and federal courts.
