Steven Dorfman

Steven Dorfman is the Managing Attorney at The Perecman Firm in New York City, a senior trial attorney with nearly three decades of experience representing victims of catastrophic construction accidents, wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, and other serious negligence matters throughout New York. He concentrates on complex, high-exposure construction accident litigation involving scaffold falls, falling objects, structural collapses, crane accidents, and claims brought under New York Labor Law Sections 240(1), 241(6), and 200. He has been responsible for the resolution of tens of millions of dollars for his seriously injured clients and provided pro bono representation of victims before the September 11th Victim's Compensation Fund.
