Bradley Myers

Bradley J. Myers has represented injury victims for over 17 years. After law school, he spent approximately two years defending the interests of the insurance industry before shifting to plaintiffs' work. He focuses solely on personal injury, covering motor vehicle accidents, insurance bad faith, slip and fall, wrongful death, dog bite, and product liability. Bradley maintains direct communication with clients and does not hesitate to take cases to trial when insurers act unfairly. In 2016, he tried a trip-and-fall staircase case that yielded a jury verdict of $489,988.84, later reduced to a final judgment of $777,345.47.

He holds the highest possible AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He has been selected as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers and is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has also been nominated as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers (Mountain States) and received a Top 10 Attorney Award in 2013 from the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys. Outside of work, Bradley enjoys traveling and playing music with his local band.
