About Taryn Lucani-Wittenwiler

Taryn C. Lucani-Wittenwiler is a Nevada-admitted attorney whose background spans transactional finance, complex litigation support, and corporate workplace investigations. She began her legal career at Pepper Hamilton LLP in Princeton, New Jersey, where she represented lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured financing transactions, advised financial institutions on regulatory matters, and performed due diligence and legal research across a range of issues. After returning to Las Vegas, she served on MGM's corporate team as a labor and employment paralegal, conducting workplace investigations into allegations of harassment, retaliation, and discrimination and drafting position statements in response to agency charges including before the EEOC.

Taryn earned her J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law. She also spent time teaching before returning to active legal practice. Outside of work, Taryn competes in long-distance trail and road races across the U.S. and abroad, volunteers with her husband's Las Vegas Rotary Club, and spends her remaining time with her pets.
