Joel Hengstler

Joel Hengstler became a partner at THE702FIRM Injury Attorneys in 2021. He is an experienced trial attorney who has handled thousands of personal injury matters exclusively on behalf of injured parties. He has also worked extensively in workers' compensation and previously handled family law, estate planning, and criminal defense matters. Joel has tried numerous jury trials and resolved thousands of cases through mediation, arbitration, and negotiation, with results ranging from thousands to millions of dollars.

He places the highest value on communication with clients and the court, believing open dialogue produces both client satisfaction and winning results. Outside of practice, Joel performs in Las Vegas's local theater scene, volunteers to speak at local schools, and coaches high school mock trial teams. He is a husband and father of four. He has been awarded Top 40 Under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers in 2014, 2015, and 2016, and has been named to the Top 100 Trial Lawyers list since 2018.
