About Andrew Nagurney

Andrew G. Nagurney is a civil trial lawyer and partner at Thorsnes Bartolotta McGuire. He begins every case by getting to know the client, believing that understanding the client's objectives is the essential first step in delivering results. His practice covers personal injury, wrongful death, eminent domain, business litigation, and real property matters. After completing his undergraduate studies at Pennsylvania State University in 2009 with a B.A. in English, he enrolled at Duquesne University Thomas R. Kline School of Law in Pittsburgh and received his J.D. in 2012.

He was licensed to practice in Pennsylvania that year and clerked at a Pittsburgh firm throughout his final year of law school. He then passed the California bar and relocated to San Diego in 2015, joining Thorsnes Bartolotta McGuire. Since then, he has expanded into medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death actions. When not practicing, he enjoys surfing, scouting for waves in Baja, summiting California peaks, and weekend coffee runs.
