Donald Garcia

Donald Garcia was born and raised in Santa Ana, California. After high school he served four years in the U.S. Army with the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He then pursued higher education, took the LSAT, and went to law school. During law school he worked in the insurance industry as a bodily injury adjuster and taught seminars on mediation and arbitration.

After graduating he dedicated his career to representing personal injury clients. Donald also served two terms as Mayor of Aliso Viejo, California, six years on the city council, on the city's first planning commission, and as a Director of the Orange County Fire Authority. He holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating, which recognizes the highest ethical standards and professional ability.
