Jason Reese

Jason R. Reese is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Wagner Reese, LLP, an Indiana personal injury firm he co-founded in 2000 with Stephen Wagner. He has more than 28 years of experience and has handled medical malpractice, birth injury, vehicle accident, and wrongful death cases.

Reese has been recognized as an Indiana Super Lawyer continuously from 2004 through 2024 and has been listed among the Top 50 Indiana Super Lawyers from 2016 through 2024. He has been named Trial Lawyer of the Year, named to Best Lawyers in America, named to The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 in Indiana, and selected to the Indianapolis Business Journal's Forty Under 40 (2005). He received the American Board of Trial Advocates Excellence in Civility Award (2024) and has been honored as a Distinguished Barrister by The Indiana Lawyer. He was named Mentor of the Year by College Mentors for Kids (2017).

Reese earned his J.D. with honors from the Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington (now Maurer School of Law) and his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of Arizona. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and Illinois.
