About Laura Baughman
Laura J. Baughman is a partner in the Drugs and Medical Devices unit at Weitz & Luxenberg, where she focuses on mass-tort pharmaceutical and medical-device litigation. Before law, she earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art (1990 and 1991), giving her technical engineering knowledge she applies to product-liability cases. She received her J.D. from The University of Texas at Austin School of Law in 1994.
