About Samantha Smith

Samantha Smith focuses her practice on asbestos litigation and bankruptcy, helping victims diagnosed with asbestos-related diseases including mesothelioma, lung cancer, and other related cancers. Her motivation is deeply personal, having seen her own family work in the same industries as her clients. She earned a B.A. in Speech Communications from the University of Illinois in 1994 and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1998. She was named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2008 and recognized among Texas Monthly's Top Young Attorneys in Texas in 2008. She is also a longtime supporter of local animal rescue organizations.
