About Jessie Ormand
Jessie Ormand was born and raised in southeast Louisiana. She earned her B.A. in History from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, where she interned at the National Civil Rights Museum. She then moved to Houston for law school and received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2015.
