Arash Nematollahi

Arash Nematollahi is an attorney at Adamson Ahdoot LLP with more than 20 years of litigation and jury trial experience. He initially focused on mass tort and toxic tort cases, managing hundreds of mesothelioma matters, before transitioning around 2013 to catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims.

Nematollahi earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in 2002 and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1998. He is admitted to the California State Bar (2003), the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Northern, and Southern Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Nematollahi is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the Consumer Attorneys of California, and serves as a volunteer prosecutor for the Los Angeles City Attorney's office. He participated in the Los Angeles County Bar's Trial Advocacy Program in 2013. He is fluent in Farsi.

Notable results include $5.5 million in an app-based auto accident, $2.9 million in a tractor-trailer collision, $2 million in a medical malpractice case, and numerous matters exceeding $1 million.
