Daniel Stefanic

Daniel Stefanic is an attorney at Adamson Ahdoot LLP, where he has practiced since October 2023. Before joining the firm, he served at the Los Angeles County Public Defender's Office for 3.5 years, advancing to Felony Trial Attorney, resolving thousands of cases and trying a dozen cases to verdict.

Stefanic earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2019, where he received CALI Awards in Advanced Legal Research and Writing and in Business Associations. He earned his Political Science degree magna cum laude with honors from the University of California, Irvine, and General Science and Humanities degrees from Santa Monica College. He was admitted to the California Bar in 2019.

Stefanic served as a legal intern at Siegel, Yee, Brunner & Mehta in Oakland; legal extern at the Marin County and Los Angeles County Public Defenders' offices; and judicial extern for Justice Jon B. Streeter of the California Court of Appeals, contributing to four published opinions. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA). Notable results include a $1 million settlement in a medical center patient safety case.
