Todd Falzone

Todd Falzone is a nationally recognized trial attorney with a track record in catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation. He has secured more than $600 million in jury verdicts and settlements since 2008 and is a partner at both Alexander Law Group, LLP in San Jose and Kelley | Uustal in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, reflecting an active practice on both coasts. His cases have been covered in national publications and local media. Todd is admitted to practice in Florida and California, as well as before multiple federal courts.

He earned his J.D. cum laude from California Western School of Law in 1992, where he was on Law Review and received American Jurisprudence Awards in Legal Skills I, Legal Skills II, and Trial Practice, as well as the Scriba Regis Award for excellence in writing and legal scholarship. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University. Todd was born and raised in upstate New York; his father was a police officer and his mother a nurse. He is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, has been named to Best Lawyers in America, recognized as Best Lawyers Lawyer of the Year, and listed among Florida Super Lawyers.
