Kristin Lucey

Kristin M. Lucey is a Partner at GJEL Accident Attorneys, where she has practiced law since 1996. Over the course of her career, she has successfully represented numerous plaintiffs, at trial and on appeal, in both employment-related lawsuits and in serious personal injury and wrongful death claims involving motor vehicle accidents and other causes.

Lucey earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Redlands in 1992 and her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis, School of Law in 1996.

She has been named a Northern California Super Lawyer for 10 years and is recognized by Best Lawyers in Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions - Plaintiffs and Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs. She is an active member of the State Bar of California, the National Employment Lawyers Association, and the Order of Barristers.
