Ryan Wagner

Ryan Wagner is a trial team leader at Armstrong Lee & Baker LLP in Houston, where he handles cases involving wrongful deaths, amputations, fractures, traumatic brain injuries, and severe burns. His aggressive advocacy has earned him referrals from opposing counsel who recognize the quality of his work.

Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin and his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center, where he was on the Dean's List from 2019 to 2022. During law school he served as Notes and Comments Editor of the UHLC Journal of Health Law and Policy, competed as a student advocate on the UHLC Interscholastic Mock Trial Team, and served as a Presenter on the Honor Board.

Ryan is admitted to the State Bar of Texas, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and federal district courts in the Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of Texas. Although based in Texas, his practice spans nationwide in both state and federal courts. He was named a 2026 Super Lawyers Rising Star and has achieved notable results as lead counsel including a $3.925 million slip-and-fall recovery and a $3 million commercial motor vehicle collision settlement.
