Derek Casey

Derek Casey is a California attorney with nearly a decade of legal experience in personal injury and criminal defense matters. Raised in Modesto, he attended Grace Davis High School and the Ray Simon Criminal Justice Training Center, where he earned a Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Certificate. He then attended Modesto Junior College and later earned his J.D. from Lincoln Law School, graduating in 2016.

He passed the California Bar Examination in July 2016 and was admitted to the State Bar in December 2016. Before entering private practice, he worked with the Modesto Police Department and the Stanislaus County District Attorney's Office, gaining direct knowledge of law enforcement procedures and the criminal justice system. His practice at Arnold Law Firm is devoted primarily to representing injured individuals in personal injury matters, while he also maintains experience in criminal defense.
