Chase Allen

Chase Allen is part of Bachus & Schanker, LLC’s Elite Litigation Team. Prior to joining Bachus & Schanker, LLC, Chase clerked for a nationally recognized commercial litigation and plaintiff’s personal injury firm in Orlando, FL. He relocated to Denver in 2022 and is licensed to practice law in Colorado. Chase earned his bachelor’s degree with honors in Biological Science with minors in Chemistry and Physics from Florida State University and graduated from Florida State University College of Law in April 2021. As an undergraduate student, his co-authored article, “Identification and characterization of small-molecule inhibitors of Zika virus infection,” was published in the scientific journal Nature Medicine.

During law school, he was a staff editor for the Florida State University Business Review, volumes 19-20. He was also a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society and the international legal honor society, Phi Delta Phi. Chase feels privileged to aid those who may otherwise lack the resources to take on powerful insurance companies and organizations to find justice and be rightfully compensated for their injuries. In his spare time, Chase can be found in the mountains, playing golf or soccer, enjoying live music, and spending time with his girlfriend and friends.
