About Hugh O'Sullivan

Hugh joined Bachus & Schanker, LLC in 2024. Hugh grew up in Boulder, Colorado. He graduated from Fairview High School and then from Haverford College in Philadelphia, where he played basketball. After graduating with a degree in English and a minor in Economics, Hugh joined the Teamsters and spent several years working for UPS in Harrisburg, PA before enrolling in law school. Following his graduation from the School of Law at Washington University in St. Louis, Hugh spent more than decade working as a senior associate at a defense litigation firm in St. Louis, where he defended personal injury and workers compensation claims on behalf of insurance companies and institutional clients, including bus and trucking companies.

This experience gained while defending insurance carriers and their corporate clients gives Hugh valuable insight and perspective while advocating for his injured clients at Bachus & Schanker, LLC. Since his return to Colorado ten years ago, Hugh has devoted himself to representing the interests of injured people. He genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in providing each client with personal and professional service. In his spare time, Hugh enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and beloved dog. He is a movie buff and enjoys watching Denver sports and playing the occasional round of golf.
