Michael Foglio

Michael Foglio is a Senior Workers' Compensation Attorney at the Buckhead office of Bader Law, representing injured workers across Georgia. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Mercyhurst University and his J.D. from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School, where he was a member of Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity International. Admitted to the Georgia bar in 2010, Mike is certified in General Civil Mediation by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, holds a GCIC Security and Integrity Certification from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

And is licensed before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. Before joining Bader Law, he served as a Project Attorney with the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia, as Contract Attorney at the Metro Conflict Office Juvenile Court of Fulton County, and spent over four years as Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Darwin Johnson, LLC. Mike is Co-Founder of the A STAR for Ben Foundation, a 501(c)(3) supporting families affected by Salla Disease, and is an active member of the Georgia Italian American Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia Workers' Compensation Law Section.
