About Seth Bader

Seth Bader is the Founder and CEO of Bader Law. He earned his B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Muhlenberg College and his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. Admitted to the Georgia bar in 2003, he is also licensed before the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Seth founded Bader Law in 2008 after spending his early career representing insurance companies, gaining an inside understanding of how insurers evaluate and defend cases.

He has personally secured more than $50 million in settlements for injured clients, including a $30 million settlement in the Gainesville explosion case and multiple seven-figure workers' compensation recoveries. Seth is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the National Trial Lawyers, and the Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group, and holds the America's Top 100 Attorneys designation for Workers' Compensation in Georgia. He is also a contributing author to the National Law Review and host of the 8 Figure Attorney Podcast.
