Daniel Fulkerson

Daniel Fulkerson is the co-founder and managing partner of Batta Fulkerson Law Group. Originally from Boise, Idaho, he relocated to San Diego to study at San Diego State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2008. He then completed a Juris Doctor at California Western School of Law and a Master of Business Administration at San Diego State University simultaneously, finishing both degrees in two and a half years in 2011. He was admitted to the California bar in 2011 and the Idaho bar in 2022.

Before founding the firm, Fulkerson managed over 5,000 personal injury cases at another San Diego firm, achieving year-over-year growth for five consecutive years. In April 2016, he and Paul Batta launched Batta Fulkerson Law Group, which grew to 16 staff members and six attorneys within 18 months. He has now handled more than 15,000 car accident cases and recovered tens of millions of dollars for injury victims. Outside the office, Fulkerson serves on six charity boards and runs a bulldog rescue organization.
