Paul Batta

Paul Batta is a co-founder and partner at Batta Fulkerson Law Group. He grew up in Los Angeles, California, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from the University of California, Irvine in 2008, graduating with honors and serving as co-chair of the Lebanese Social Club. He earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2011, where he served as president of the Middle Eastern Law Student Association and completed advanced mediation training. He was admitted to the California bar in 2012 and Idaho in 2025.

During law school, Batta worked at the Legal Aid Society of Orange County, co-authoring a court judgment collection manual. He has since handled thousands of personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, slip-and-fall injuries, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death throughout California. He is fluent in Arabic and is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, the San Diego County Bar Association, and the Arab American Lawyers Association of Southern California. He has been selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2020 to 2022 and was named a Super Lawyer in 2026.
